1. Warranty Period
This warranty is valid for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. The original proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.

2. Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers only manufacturing defects or material failures not caused by misuse, accident, or negligence. It includes:

• Internal hardware problems (such as the processor, motherboard, RAM, or hard drive).

• Defects in the components supplied with the computer (e.g. power supply, connectors).

3. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by a fall, impact, liquid, or improper use.

• Damage caused by malware, viruses, or operating system problems.

• Repairs carried out by an unauthorized third party.

• Accessories and external peripherals (keyboards, mice, monitors, etc.).

• If the operating system is reinstalled or modified, the warranty is void. Furthermore, we are unable to provide a new Windows license in the event of a reinstallation.

4. Shipping Costs and Liability for Damage

• If the computer needs to be returned by mail for a warranty claim, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We are not responsible for damage caused during transport or delivery. We recommend using appropriate packaging and a reliable shipping service to ensure the product's safety during transit.

5. Warranty Claim Procedure
To make a complaint:

• Contact us in writing or by phone, providing a detailed description of the problem.

• Bring or send the computer with all original accessories and a copy of the proof of purchase.

We will assess the problem and, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective parts at no additional cost.

6. Final Sale and Refund Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise decided by us. Any exception to this rule is at our sole discretion and will be documented in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective product under warranty. We will not be liable for any data loss, business interruptions, or any other indirect damages.
